Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery

We ship fast — but we don’t rush carelessly & do not use Cheap Couriers.

UPG24 operates as a working trade unit, with daily dispatch built into how we operate using Royal Mail and DPD for swift, safe/assured deliveries.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched the same working day when placed before our cut-off time of 3pm Mon-Friday / Saturday 11am

  • Orders placed later in the day are dispatch the next working day

  • Weekend orders after Saturday 11am are dispatch on the next working weekday

If there’s ever an exception, we’ll say so clearly.

Couriers We Use

We use tracked, reputable UK couriers, DPD and Royal Mail for all shipments.

This allows us to:

  • Provide tracking on every order

  • Reduce loss and damage

  • Keep delivery times consistent

Courier choice depends on:

  • Item value

  • Size and weight

  • Delivery destination

Delivery Speeds

Most UK deliveries arrive:

  • Next working day after dispatch

  • Occasionally 2 working days depending on location and conditions

Once an item is with the courier, delivery timing is in their hands — but we’ll always assist if something doesn’t look right.

Packaging Standards

Every item is:

  • Packed securely for its size and weight

  • Protected against movement and impact

  • Boxed appropriately — not overpacked, not underprotected

We ship gear the way we’d want it to arrive ourselves.

Tracking & Updates

  • Tracking details are provided once your order dispatches

  • You’ll be able to follow progress directly with the courier

  • If tracking stalls or looks wrong, just contact us — we’ll check it

Delays & Reality

Occasionally, delays happen due to:

  • Weather

  • Courier network issues

  • Seasonal pressure (Christmas, peak periods)

When they do, we deal with them calmly and transparently.
