1. Sourcing & Buying

We buy cameras, lenses and accessories daily from photographers, studios and trade partners.

Most of our stock is single-item inventory — every piece is unique, individually assessed, and prepared before sale.

No bulk pallets. No mystery returns. No unchecked consignments.

2. In-House Testing

Every item is checked in-house before listing.

Depending on the product, this can include:

  • Functional testing
  • Optical checks
  • Autofocus and aperture operation
  • Physical condition assessment
  • Firmware and compatibility checks where applicable

We focus on accuracy and reliability, not cosmetic over-polishing.

3. Condition & Descriptions

We photograph the actual item for sale — no stock images.

Our descriptions are written to be:

  • Honest
  • Specific
  • Clear about condition
  • Free of marketing fluff

If there’s a mark, wear, or limitation — it’s disclosed.

4. Refurbished vs Used

Some items qualify for our refurbished process, which may include deeper testing, servicing, or component replacement.

  • Refurbished items include a 12-month warranty
  • Used items are tested, checked, and accurately described

We don’t force everything into a refurb label — suitability matters.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

We ship fast.

Most orders are dispatched the same working day using tracked services.

Packaging is practical and protective — designed to get gear to you safely, not to look fancy on Instagram.

6. Returns & Support

If something isn’t right, we deal with it properly.
