When an item is listed as Refurbished at UPG24, it has been through additional checks and preparation beyond our standard used workflow.

What We Mean by Refurbished

A refurbished item has:

  • Been fully function tested

  • Been inspected more deeply than standard used stock

  • Been cleaned and prepared for immediate use

  • Passed checks relevant to that specific item type

This may include:

  • Sensor inspection and cleaning

  • Focus and aperture testing

  • Mount and contact checks

  • Firmware confirmation where applicable

  • Physical inspection for issues affecting reliability

Refurbishment is about function and confidence, not cosmetics.

Cosmetic Condition Still Applies

Refurbished does not mean “like new”.

Refurbished items may still show:

  • Cosmetic wear

  • Handling marks

  • Signs of normal use

These are clearly shown in the photos and described in the listing.

If an item looks perfect, it’s because it is — not because it’s been disguised.

Refurbished vs Used — The Difference

    Additional inspection, preparation, and confidence-backed with a warranty.

Warranty on Refurbished Items

All refurbished items sold by UPG24 include a 12-month warranty.

This covers:

  • Functional faults

  • Issues not related to misuse, impact, or water damage

  • Problems arising from normal use

We don’t offer warranties lightly — they exist because we trust the work done beforehand.
